Working with the body allows you to initiate the process of searching for balance in the body, which is natural and innate. By freeing the body from the tensions and blockages accumulated over the years, you open yourself to health, vitality and the world around you and, most importantly, to better connection with yourself. individual sessions

Each person is unique, has his own unique story, experiences, and their record in the body. That is also my approach. I listen, I observe, and the body shows what is most important to it in the here and now. Then, we work with it.
Everything is connected – thoughts – emotions – the body, and health problems are connected with specific situations from personal or professional life. So it is important to be mindful of this and develop awareness of yourself.

At the beginning of the first session, we have a short conversation about the following issues:

Do you feel tension in the body, pain, or do you have other health problems?
Do you connect health problems with any situations from your personal or professional life?
What do you need for yourself?
What motivates you to do this work and what are your expectations?
How do you want to feel when you achieve this? What will be possible then?
How will you feel when you don’t achieve this?
What situation will you be in next year if nothing changes and how will you feel?

Then, we move on to working with the body. During the session, specific therapeutic techniques are performed. A gentle touch for example on the skull, chest, sacrum, feet, allows to relax the tissues within the craniosacral system. Sometimes you can experience involuntary body movements, vibrations, changes in respiratory rhythm or spontaneous emotional reactions, such as laughter, crying. In this way, various blockages in the body are released and mobility returns, giving a sense of relaxation and well-being after the session.

The work does not require direct contact with the skin, for convenience, light clothing that does not restrict movement will be useful. I also use therapeutic sound bowls, whose vibrations and sound resonate with the body and synchronize its rhythms and work.

The session lasts about 1.5 hours.
